About Homefront Collective
Homefront Collective was founded in 2023 to give startups the engineering and IT capability of a much larger company without the headcount. We build software, run infrastructure and manage IT for early-stage teams that need to move fast without leaving a mess behind.
We keep the team small and senior on purpose. Every engagement has a named lead who writes code, a direct line to the founders, and a working demo every two weeks.
We specialise in startups because the trade-offs are different: what to build now, what to defer, and what to set up properly the first time because it is painful to change later. We have made those calls many times and we will tell you straight which ones matter.
Two-week sprints, a demo at the end of each, and a short written plan that changes when the product does. You always know what is being built and why.
